If your item arrived damaged, we offer replacement at no extra cost. We do our very best to protect your items and package it for a safe transit process. Yet if for any reason you receive on of our products damaged/broken we offer you a replacement at no extra cost. 

If you ordered the wrong item, let us know, we can make changes before shipping it out. If you received the wrong item because of us, we will offer you a replacement at no extra cost.
